The Challenge:
The owner wanted an exciting contemporary building to kick off the retail phase of the SouthSide Works. The neighborhood residents insisted on a building that fit into the turn-of-the-century character of the Carson Street Historic District.
The Solution:
A blend of traditional red brick with contemporary accents and detailing that creates an exciting up-to-date building, yet reflects the character and rhythm of the main street neighborhood.
